🦐 Purchase Guidelines & Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing Joyful Fishing for fresh, dock-to-door Vancouver Spot Prawns. To protect your rights and clarify responsibilities, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

📌 1. Ordering & Delivery Arrangement

• All spot prawns are freshly caught and delivered on the same day from the harbor. Due to weather, sea conditions, or boat safety concerns (force majeure), if delivery cannot proceed as scheduled, your order will be postponed to the next available supply date.

• As a high-risk perishable item, we strive to provide the freshest quality possible. However, minor variations in size, color, or quantity (±5%) may occur during handling. Thank you for your understanding.

🚫 2. No Return or Exchange Policy

• Seafood is a perishable item; therefore, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the order is confirmed (except in the event that we cannot fulfill the delivery).
• If the customer fails to pick up the order without notice, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Please pay attention to the pickup time and location.

⚠️ 3. Allergy & Consumption Risk Notice

• Spot prawns are shellfish. Please do not consume if you have seafood allergies. We are not responsible for any health issues caused by allergic reactions or individual conditions.
• Please store properly and consume promptly. Follow food safety guidelines for cooking and handling. We are not liable for any food safety concerns arising from improper storage or consumption.

📦 4. Pre-Order Instructions

• All orders are pre-sale only to ensure freshness and proper logistics. Please arrange to pick up on the specified date and time or confirm delivery details in advance.
• In case of delays due to weather, we will notify you via phone or email and offer the option to reschedule or request a refund.
